Millet Breakfast

Ingredients:

 

70g millet
70ml low-fat milk
10g raisins
100g apple
a pinch cinnamon

 

Directions:

Rinse hotly the millet, heat a pot with water, bring to boil the millet and add milk and raisons. Simmer until smooth. Peel, grate and add the apple.
Season with cinnamon.

 

Enjoy your meal!
