Banana Bread

Ingredients:

Serves: 10-12 

 

50g WOMEN’S BEST SLIM BODY SHAKE" Powder - Vanilla
100g Coconut Flour
100g Spelt Flour
2 Eggs
3 Bananas
60ml Agave
100ml Buttermilk
60g Coconut Oil, melted
60g Chocolate Chips
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
1Tsp. Baking Soda
Vanilla, Cinnamon as desired.

 

Directions:

1.    Pre-heat your Oven to 200 Degrees Celsius.

2.    Puree your Bananas.

3.    In a Bowl, combine Bananas with Eggs, Agave, Buttermilk and Coconut Oil.

4.    Stir in Flours, Slim Body Shake Powder, Baking Powder + Baking Soda.

5.    Do not over-mix.


6.    Now, add Chocolate Chips.

7.    Cover a Baking Form with a little Coconut Oil, fill in the Dough and bake for about 35-40 Minutes on a low Track.

8.    After 10 Minutes Baking Time, turn down Heat to 175 Dregrees Celsius.

9.    If the Bread´s ready baked, let cool down.
