Oatmeal Raisin “Cookie” Shake
Ingredients:
Serves: One
2 scoops (30g) WOMEN’S BEST "SLIM BODY SHAKE" Powder - Cookies & Cream
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 banana, frozen
2 tablespoons quick cooking rolled oats (make sure they’re gluten-free if you’re sensitive)
1 tablespoon raisins
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of sea salt
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
