Yogurt Berry Shake
Ingredients:
1 - 2 scoops WOMEN’S BEST "SLIM BODY SHAKE" Powder - Vanilla
1 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries
1 cup of frozen or fresh raspberries
1 cup of frozen or fresh strawberries
1 cup of frozen or fresh blackberries
½ cup organic yogurt (may use vanilla or other flavored yogurt)
4 to 8 ounces of almond milk, coconut milk or water
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
