Nada Colada Shake
Ingredients:
2 scoop (30g) WOMEN’S BEST SLIM BODY SHAKE" Powder - Vanilla
1/2 cup pineapple-orange juice
1/4 tsp rum extract
1/4 tsp coconut extract (or 2 tbsp shredded coconut)
1/2 cup water (or low-fat milk)
1 handful ice
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
