Chia Orange Shake
Ingredients:
1 scoop (15g) WOMEN’S BEST SLIM BODY SHAKE" Powder - Vanilla
250ml water
1 small Banana
1 large Orange (peeled)
1 tbsp Chia seeds (soaked in water for at least ten minutes)
You can add kale and spinach as you like
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
